From the FamilyLine Web portal, create a master visitation schedule for approved family contacts to view their loved one's availability and complete pre-screening.


Each family contact for the resident listed on the resident's PointClickCare® profile can register for the FamilyLine App using the same email address on file, and verify their account access using their loved one’s date of birth.


Registered family contacts can view their loved one’s health summary and availability to complete pre-screening and schedule in-person and virtual visits.


Get notified of visit details and accept, modify or decline, informing the family member of the booking status or change through the FamilyLine Web portal.

Then, facilitate virtual and in-person visits for residents, in-person or virtually as scheduled, using the FamilyLine App.
